You finally found it!

It´s a cozy town not far from Seattle with 18 acres of private beach access for 1760 of the town´s 6345 residents. The terrain slopes gently towards the west providing sweeping views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains and Vashon Island. The Park, as it is fondly called, does not have the new development look. There are towering trees on spacious landscaped lots.

There is variety here: little cottages, big houses, multi-million dollar waterfront homes, ramblers, Tudors, Colonials, Cape Cods, even a Frank Lloyd Write designed home. A public beach borders the city´s south end.  Most of the residents have ownership in the private community beach.

The town has a recreational center with a gym, two private swim clubs, play grounds, play fields, parks, walking trails, sidewalks, a small library, a dance school, police department and even an award winning elementary school with lots of parent participation.

It´s an active community full of people walking and exercising. The community club hosts public parties and teen dances. The children´s Fourth of July Parade is a big event every year.
